Kids Drawing Series: Dungeons and Dragons

During this series, students will get to create fun art projects based on the prolific fantasy world of Dungeons and Dragons! Participants will create their very own characters and equipment, and make art pieces inspired by the places and creatures they will encounter! This series will be run as a 6-week D&D campaign with artistic creations in the mix. Join us for this adventure! Bringing your own dice set is encouraged.

This will be a great exercise on how to recreate the anatomy of various creatures from reference. Students will leave this class with their creativity piqued and a better grasp of the techniques involved with sculpture.

Family Workshop: Papermaking Ornaments & Gift Tags

In this family workshop, participants will learn the art of making paper by hand! Using beautifully intricate molds, the paper will take shape into a delightful ornament or thoughtful gift tag for the holiday season. Intro to Science Illustration: Bird Study

Join us at the lake mansion for another intro to science illustration class! This time, we will be delving into a study on birds: their adaptations, anatomy, plumage, and movement. By studying, sketching, and painting taxidermy birds, participants will gain an up-close and personal experience on how to sketch from different angles, how to sketch movement, and how to simplify the intricacies of patterns and plumage in the wild.
