Join us for a FREE mask-making workshop included with the purchase of your Haunted Night at the Mansion ticket! You are welcome to drop in anytime between 2:00pm and 6:00pm to craft your mask, being as detailed or minimal as you'd like. Each attendee will receive one blank mask to decorate on site (or at home with your own materials). The materials we will provide in this workshop are below:

In this Month's Acrylic Painting Class, we will be working with Palette knives to create a beautiful textured carnation, inspired by Leslie Saeta's "Chasing Light". This painting balances striking color with light and texture, resulting in an eye catching painting full of interest. With step-by-step instruction from our Teaching Artist, this painting is suitable for all levels of acrylic artist and will be done on 16x20" canvases, ready to hang at home!

In this month's acrylic painting class, we will be painting the iconic Maynard Dixon painting, "Desert Journey". With step-by-step instruction from our Teaching Artist, each participant will learn acrylic painting skills like sketching, color mixing, & painting from reference, and will end the class with a gorgeous western landscape of their own. This painting is suitable for all levels of acrylic artist and will be done on 16x20" canvases, ready to hang at home!

Join us for another Acrylic Painting Class! For Black History Month, we are highlighting Lillian Thomas Burwell, a prominent painter and sculptor renowned for her use of abstraction in her artwork. Her painting "Joy" showcases this interest in the abstract, while also conveying serenity through organic shapes and brushstrokes. Students in this class will learn basics of color mixing in this almost monochrome palette, as well as how to use a reference photo to replicate images on canvas. Each student will leave with a completed 16x20 painting on canvas, ready to hang at home. This class is suitable for all levels of acrylic artist.
