  • Collage Your Pet

    Saturday, January 24th. 1:00pm - 4:00pm

    In this class, students will create art of your favorite furry friend on canvas! This workshop will work with several artistic mediums; we will use acrylic paints, specialty papers, paper punchers, and more to create a finely detailed collage of your pet. Students must bring 1-2 photos of their pet to class, or email photos to print to [email protected].
    Class will include a 15-minute break halfway through the class.

  • Family Workshop: Feather Prints

    Learn how to create simple relief prints on foam! In this family workshop, you and your little one will create feathers by cutting shapes out of adhesive foam, and using tools to imprint texture to give a feather effect! You can mix and match your feather print with other students in the class to gather a variety of gorgeous feathers. Your designs will be printed with fabric ink on tea towels to create a work of art with sentimental value and utility at home!

  • Family Workshop: Festive Garlands

    Join us at the Lake Mansion for a festive family workshop where you will be using specialty alcohol inks to make bright and festive holiday garlands! Alcohol inks achieve a finish similar to watercolor, with vibrant pigments bleeding to create beautiful abstract effects that you can finish with ornate detail. You and your little one will explore colors, textures, and shapes to craft a beautiful piece of decor to put in your home for the Holidays.

  • Haunted Night at the Mansion 2025: Mask-Making Workshop

    Join us for a FREE mask-making workshop included with the purchase of your Haunted Night at the Mansion ticket! You are welcome to drop in anytime between 2:00pm and 6:00pm to craft your mask, being as detailed or minimal as you'd like. Each attendee will receive one blank mask to decorate on site (or at home with your own materials). The materials we will provide in this workshop are below:

    • Paint as a base or detail
    • Hot glue to create raised/embossed details
    • Rhinestones to embellish
    • Filigree trim to border
    • Glitter to make your masks pop
    • Feathers to create movement
    The provided materials above are simple but will allow for unique and beautiful customization of masquerade-style masks. Guests are encouraged to bring their own supplies and materials if there is a specific theme or look in mind that our provided materials do not achieve. Guests are also welcome to grab a mask and bring it home to decorate at their leisure.
    To participate in this workshop, you MUST be a guest of our Haunted Night Fundraiser. Please register for this workshop with the same name provided with your Haunted Night Purchase, and notify us of any guests who will also be attending the workshop. Each guest is limited to one mask for this workshop.
