During this 4-session class, students (ages 8-13) will learn how to improve their drawing skills with a focus on portraits. This in-depth class will cover proportions and structure of the human face. Students will practice fun and inventive exercises while working on their observation skills, and learning how to distinguish and use basic shapes to build proportionate portraits drawings. All supplies are provided. Students are also welcome to bring their own sketchbook and are encouraged to bring some of their own works, so our teaching artist can best assess their skill level and needs.
