Organize a private event at the Lake Mansion!
Gather a group of friends, neighbors, relatives, colleagues, or co-workers and arrange your own private event at the Lake Mansion located at 250 Court St. and Arlington Ave. in Reno, one block south of the Truckee River, with free parking in your own private room.
We have a variety of options including Paint & Sip, Art Birthday Parties, and Victorian Teas.

Paint & Sips
Choose a master painting from our selection that you would like to paint for inspiration or contact us with your own idea. All art supplies (16”x20” canvas, acrylic paints, table easels, and brushes) are provided. Cost is $350 for up to 12 adults and
includes all materials for the art project. Bring your own beverages and snacks!

Art Birthday Parties
Includes use of the Lake Mansion’s “Art Happens Here” Studio for 2-1/2 hours, an age appropriate 45-60 minute creative activity conducted by one of our experienced and fun Art Teachers. A refrigerator and freezer for you to bring food & drinks, as well as tables, chairs, and all art supplies, will be provided! This creative project will be something each child will be able to take home, and cherish for years!
Celebrating a Birthday, Retirement, or just wanting to experience a Victorian Tea at “Reno’s First Address”? Private Teas Include use of the first floor of the Lake Mansion for 2 hours. Everything for your tea! Food and drink, place settings, tea pots, as agreed upon with your tea coordinator, Andrea White.
- Monday – Friday from 10 AM – 4 PM, the cost is $450 for up to 15 guests. Additional guests over 15 are $30 per person.
- Saturdays, Sundays, and non-business hours, the cost is $525 for up to 15 guests. Additional guests over 15 are $30 per person.
- For private teas held on a Saturday, reservations must be made no more than 60 days prior.
