Rent the Lake Mansion and Garden Pavilion
Make your special event or meeting historic, memorable & affordable

The Lake Mansion, located in Reno’s popular Riverwalk and Arts Districts, is listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Places and is “Reno’s First Address”.  Steps from the scenic Truckee River, popular restaurants, galleries and more, the Lake Mansion offers a year-round unique and affordable venue with a private parking lot for your use and accessible street parking. Your rental includes a selection of rectangle and round tables, 60 white and 40 patterned padded chairs, a screen and projector.  The Lake Mansion site is fully accessible for wheelchair/walker use.

There are three unique areas available to rent for your meeting or event.

The Lake Mansion’s historic main floor includes formal front and back parlors, a dining room, an art gallery, a restroom and kitchen.  The kitchen features a large refrigerator, preparation counters, heating trays, convection oven and a dishwasher. The Mansion features a beautiful wraparound porch and antique furnishings. Picturesque Victorian porches wrap this floor of the mansion.  Take a virtual tour!

Garden Pavilion:
Use of the Garden Pavilion and Courtyard area can accommodate up to 60 people utilizing the adjacent courtyard that can be tented.  The pavilion features beautiful ceiling fans and surrounding glass doors with a refrigerator/freezer, wet bar and restroom.

The Arts Happens Here Studio is an open space in the lower level of the mansion and is used for meetings, art birthday parties, additional event space and a prep area.
